1. YUKOS warrants that the supplied hydraulic units and associated pump components will meet the operating standards and performance requirements specified by the Customer and will provide appropriate documentation for the operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment. In the event of defects related to the quality of hydraulic units or pump components, our company undertakes to repair or replace them in accordance with the requirements.
2. Establish a technical support base close to the construction site, including personnel, vehicles and operational services, to enable hydraulic end replacement and pump inspection for 20-30 hydraulic fracturing pumps using at least one set of equipment. This ensures that hydraulic ends and pump accessories are available on site, and that operators and technical personnel are always on site throughout the work.
3. During hydraulic fracturing operations, our technical staff will conduct regular inspections of the equipment to ensure its operational reliability. We agree to control and inspection by the Customer throughout the entire process, promptly responding to any problems that arise.
4. During the pre-frac injection phase, inspect all equipment for leaks to ensure the smooth running of the fracturing operation.
- After completing fracturing operations, dry test the pump to check the following components of the hydraulic assembly for leaks or damage: seal, suction seal, discharge seal, discharge flange, and tee discharge flange. If any leaks or damaged components are found, replace the damaged parts immediately. Spare parts are supplied by our company.
- Check for loose flange bolts, hydraulic and drive end connecting bolts, clamp bolts, and suction manifold bolts. If any-are loose, tighten them to the specified torque.
- If there is deformation at the installation location of the oil seal or the suction oil seal cover in the pump head of the hydraulic unit, the unit must be sent to our factory for repair. After successful inspection and pressure testing, it can be put back into service.
- Inspection duties during construction.
