Engineering Design:Complete three-dimensional design and manufacturing drawings based on customer specifications, process flow, production capacity, layout, and industry standards.


Incoming Material Inspection:Strict inspections are carried out on steel, pipes, mechanical/electrical components, pumps, valves and instruments, and traceable records are maintained.


Steel structure manufacturing:The components are ensured to have high precision through CNC cutting, sheet rolling, structural welding and precision processing.


Certification Welding:Qualified welders will perform welding on pressure vessels and pipelines in accordance with standards, and conduct measurements, inspections, and non-destructive testing (if necessary).


Mechanical Assembly:Assemble the tank body, pump, Venturi device, piping, valves, stirrer and platform in accordance with standardized procedures.


Electrical and Automation Installation:Install and debug the PLC control cabinet, sensors, instruments and safety systems. All circuits will be tested before the commissioning.
