Checking materials- Before production begins, raw materials are checked for compliance with material specifications and accompanying documentation.
Control during production- During machining, critical dimensions and threads are checked to ensure they meet customer drawings and production requirements.
Heat treatment and hardness testing- After heat treatment, if necessary, hardness tests are performed to confirm the required properties of the material.
Final control- Finished plunger seal caps are inspected for dimensions, surface condition and workmanship prior to shipment.
Product traceability- Products can be marked with lot numbers or identification codes to ensure full traceability during production and delivery.
