The ASSY - valve body is a precision machined, high-precision pressure housing component designed for use in wellhead equipment, manual valves, blowout prevention (BOP) systems and other pressure control systems.
Applications
The ASSY valve body is used in high pressure fluid control equipment in the oil and gas industry including:
Drilling and production of oil and gas- wellhead valves, manual valves and blowout prevention (BOP) systems.
Hydraulic fracturing and injection equipment- hydraulic fracturing pumps, high pressure injection systems and equipment used in the development of shale gas, shale oil, geothermal and other reservoirs.
Pressure control systems- equipment for working with high-pressure fluids, abrasive drilling fluids and other severe operating conditions.
Production capabilities
A 35 000 m² production base equipped with more than 80 CNC machines and high-precision machining equipment ensures stable production for OEM-projects and serial deliveries. The comprehensive manufacturing process includes precision forging, multi-axis CNC machining, precision threading and specialized surface treatments including industrial etching and phosphating to ensure maximum corrosion resistance of products.

Each ASSY valve body is manufactured in accordance with certified quality management systems and is inspected at all stages of production to ensure high dimensional accuracy and consistent product quality. Quality control includes:
